Within two weeks i had new closet locks installed and additional shelving. Closets by design shirley ma is the mose incompetent inefficient and unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. Our experience with cbd was a good one. Their rep barbara was friendly and helpful explained everything carefully and offered a lot of options and suggestions she didn t try to push the most expensive ones.

My nightmare is similar to many of those offered here. The installers are professional and the quality of the materials is great. I am so glad i did because my closets came out great. Worked around some covid 19 delays.

3 reviews of closets by design design process was flawless. I became nervous after i saw the two yelp reviews but at that point i had to stick with it. The closets were installed on time and are well organized. The installer was very pleasant and efficient and neat.

Installer did a good job. I have wasted almost 8000 not to mention 5 days that i had to tak off from work for their installatiom and repairs for shoddy measuring and workmanship. I was a little worried from reading the yelp reviews but now that my closet is finished i am relieved to say that i ve had a great experience with closets by design. She was very thorough and attentive to details and i felt like my needs were heard.

A few bumps on the installation but the final result is fantastic. Overall i am happy with my closet purchase. I have used closets by design twice for a total of six projects including bedroom closets pantry closet mud room storage a built in desk and a media room cabinet. Good price and final result is what i wanted.

My designer was able to walk me through options take measurements and turn the designs in an hour. Initial sales guy designer was new but worked hard. Their designer took great pains to please us in our special space situation. Again the one thing i will say is when working with the designers make sure all your requests are written down.
