High pressure laminate hpl these materials are highly durable and easy to decorate when working on them using a cnc router. High pressure laminate hpl is made of phenolic resin impregnated sheets and a melamine resin impregnated decor which are bonded under the combined effect of heat and pressure thus producing a highly durable product. We have tried an increasing depth of cut profile routercim as the through cut is made around the part. If time is not critical use a lower feed rate and your tool can last longer.
